About the Role 

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial accounting. This position is crucial for maintaining the financial health and integrity of our organization.

Position in the Organization 

You will report directly to the Finance Manager, playing a pivotal role in the finance team and contributing significantly to our financial operations.

Goal of the Position 

The primary goal of the Senior Accountant is to manage and oversee all financial accounting activities. This includes ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Managing Accounts Payable processes.
• Handling General Ledger entries and payroll accounting.
• Posting Bank statements accurately and timely.
• Preparing bank payments and overseeing transactions.
• Preparation and filing of VAT returns, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assisting the Finance Manager in various financial tasks and projects.

Job Requirements and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent education.
• 3-5 years of all-round accounting experience, including full general ledger management.
• Proficient in DATEV software and advanced Excel for financial reporting.
• Fluent in English with strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Proactive, adaptable team player committed to deadlines.
